Our Under 19's program is one of the premier programs in the country, and a multiple state championship winning program - the last being in 2022 and will go into 2023 as the reigning champions.

 

Our Under 19's team is designed to further develop athletes and prepare them for football at a higher level. Coaches focus on refining players' skills, introducing more complex techniques and strategies, and helping players to develop a deeper understanding of the game.

In addition to skill development, Under 19's teams emphasize the importance of leadership, commitment, and work ethic. Players are encouraged to take on leadership roles, lead by example, and push themselves to reach their full potential. By emphasizing these core values, Under 19's teams create a competitive and challenging environment that fosters personal growth and development.

Many of our Under 19's team also want to prepare for football at a higher level. Coaches work closely with each player to identify their strengths and weaknesses, assess their physical attributes, and develop specialized skills and techniques that will enable them to excel in their chosen position. By providing players with a deeper understanding of the game and training them to compete at a higher level, we help provide them tools to succeed now and in the future.

Many of our Under 19's players pursue opportunities either for Victoria, Australia or opportunities internationally. Each year the Rangers make up large portion of the State Program, and go on to National representative duties.

We've also been lucky enough to have a number of players and coaches continue to pursue their American Football goals internationally - both in Europe and the United States in High School and College programs. You can learn a little bit more about them here:

All of our Junior Teams are overseen by our Head Coach Josh Faure - Coach Faure has a wealth of experience including time in the United States in High School programs. In his own experience as a player, Coach Faure also represented Australia in the World Championships. We’re excited for the growth and direction of the program under his leadership.
