The Rangers are preparing a 2011 calendar of events which will be released along with the Gridiron Victoria fixture.

The 2011 season will kick off Saturday May 7th.

Saturday 4th September 2010 – Show starts 8pm

Following our final game of the regular season against the Warriors we will be holding our annual Rangers Comedy Night at the Comics Lounge, 26 Errol St North Melbourne.

Show starts at 8pm Tickets $10 – Starring Colin Cole from The UK, John Burgos from Fox FM, Brad Oakes & Gab Rossi.

Tickets available from the club next week. Be sure to get along, bring a crew and support the club.

The Rangers will be holding a junior season registration day at 12 midday this Saturday 21st August @ Ranger Field, Springfield Avenue Croydon.

The session will go for approximately an hour and will cover all you need to know for the upcoming 2010 Junior season which starts in October. Pre-season training starts for the juniors on Tuesday 31st August.

We will explain what is involved in playing American Football, information about the club and coaches and will also include some skills sessions to give you an understanding of the basics.

Anyone interested in playing American Football or supporting the club is welcome to attend the event at our home ground. Coaches, senior players and staff will be in attendance.

All equipment and uniforms can be provided by the club to keep costs down for our players. To be eligible to play in the Gridiron Victoria Junior competition you need to be 14 years old before the start of the season in September and under 18 at the 1st of Jan 2010.

Following our final Sunday training session before the first game of 2010, we will conduct our season launch.

We will be holding a jersey presentation, captain announcements, coaches interviews and more. There will be plenty of food and drinks available.

We encourage all players and coaches to attend! Bring along your friends and family to support the club and our mission to be the best.
