Warriors win Vic Bowl 23-14 over the Bay City Buccaneers. Thanks to everyone at the Rangers who turned out and helped the club put on one of the biggest and best Vic Bowl events in recent memory.
The minor premier Bay City Buccaneers will face off against the Monash Warriors for the title of number 1 in front of what should be a massive crowd at our home ground in Springfield Avenue Croydon (Ranger Field on Google maps)
The club has a number of exciting things planned for the day so stay tuned for more announcements and information.
Local singer Tyla Bertolli will perform the National Anthem, comedian (and former player) Nick Cody to MC, match commentator, canteen and bar will be open and we will conduct a match day raffle.
Our ground is in top nick, should be a ripper day, be sure to get along and check out the action!

The Rangers 2010 season has come to a disappointing end with a 34-20 loss to the Monash Warriors who will now face the Buccs next weekend in the Vic Bowl at Croydon.
The Warriors jumped out to an early lead and by the half were up 21-0.
Far from giving up, the Rangers opened the second half with long drives down the field resulting in scoring strikes from QB Jamie Stafford to Neale Oliver and Ian Box. Following two more scores by the Warriors, the home team marched from their own 3 yard line culminating in another TD pass from Stafford to Box who finished with 2 for the day.
Stafford lived up to his selection as the All Victoria Quarterback with bruising runs and connecting on 3 touchdown passes for the day.
The team thanks everyone for their support and welcomes you to the Vic Bowl at Ranger Field next Sunday afternoon (Google Maps)
