Australian squads announced

The Croydon Rangers have eight players, four senior and four junior selected in the junior and senior Australian squads.

The senior team is represented by running back Steve Churchill, wide receiver Ian Box, linebacker Mark Doyle and corner back Tom Kinloch. For the junior team the players selected are quarterback Ash Boyd, safety Tyson Burgess, wide receiver Tom Conroy and lineman Jessie Hentechel.

The senior team will go on tour to Europe to play games against the England, Ireland and France, the Junior team will go to the ACT in January to play New Zealand, a win will qualify them for the 2009 World Cup in Canton, Ohio.
